Cédric Dugardin is appointed Deputy General Manager of Financière Quick SAS as of March 1, 2010. He was Administrative, Financial and IT Director of the Quick Group and a member of the Management Board of Financière Quick since July 2007.
Alongside Jacques-Edouard Charret, President of Financière Quick, Cédric Dugardin will take part in the strategic reflections of the Quick Group. He preserves the direction of the financial and data-processing teams.
A French fast-food hamburger chain, Quick is mainly present in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. With 18,000 employees, the group achieves a 2009 system-wide sales of € 925.6 million with its 468 restaurants.
Biography
Cédric Dugardin, aged 43, is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (PIPS), with a masters in corporate law from the Sorbonne, a post-graduate diploma in corporate finance and international capital markets from the PIPS, and holds the title of Master of Science in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics.
He begins his career in 1993 as an auditor and then consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In 1999, he joined the Altadis group in the post of Project Director in mergers & acquisitions. In 2002 he was appointed Financial Vice President of the “Cigarettes” division. In 2007 he joined the Quick Group as Administrative and Financial Director.
